  • PSYLLIUM HUSKS: To help avoid symptoms of constipation.
    - Add 1 heaped tablespoon into your breakfast Protein shake first thing in the morning.

IMPORTANT: The Triple-XXX Super Fat Burner Diet is not a long term diet...but a functional eating plan to achieve rapid and safe fat loss, while maintaining muscle mass.
